I was hoping this would have more options for different diets, but it felt limited once I started looking around. I had a hard time finding meals that actually fit what I needed, and when I reached out to support, I felt like I just got stuck in a loop of the same basic suggestions that didn’t really answer my question. After a while, I just gave up. Probably not the right fit for me

My order showed up packed really well, and there weren’t any leaks or busted packs or anything like that. The box itself was kind of plain, but everything stayed cold and neat, so I’m happy with how it all turned out.

I reached out about an issue with my order, and to be fair, they did reply, so I’ll give them that. But the responses were super short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It dragged on way longer than it should have, and I still didn’t feel like I got a clear solution. Maybe they were busy, but it was frustrating.

I had an issue with my order from afmeals.com. The meals showed up late, and one item wasn’t even in the box. I messaged support, but at first it felt like nobody really looked at what I wrote.

They did get it sorted eventually and refunded me for the missing item, so that part was fine. But it took a few days and I had to chase them twice, which was annoying. Not a total disaster, just not exactly smooth either.

Everything arrived nice and cold, which is exactly what we were hoping for. For anyone else ordering and worrying about freshness, it held up really well the whole time.

Thought it would be quick. It wasn’t. Prep took more time than I expected, and it didn’t feel as easy as they made it sound.

I’ve had a good experience with AF Meals so far. It seems fairly easy to make changes to my subscription without it turning into a whole process. I paused my deliveries for a week when I was out of town, and as far as I could tell, everything went through just fine.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I do wish the cutoff time was a little more obvious. It’s not a huge issue, but it did make me double-check things. Overall though, it’s been flexible enough for what I need.

The meals got here still cold and everything looked fresh. No complaints, honestly, just popped them in hte fridge and was good to go.

The only thing. Some of the meal details felt a little thin. Like I wanted a bit more info on options before choosing. So I did end up clicking around more than expected. Not a huge deal though. Overall, good site, easy experience, and I’d probably use it again

I gave afmeals.com a shot for a few weeks, but the inconsistency got old fast. Some meals were totally fine, and then other times I’d order the exact same thing and it would show up looking and tasting completely different.

The portions were all over the place too. One day it seemed like a normal meal, and the next time it was smaller or missing parts of what I expected. At one point I opened the container and was just like, what a joke.

I’m not expecting anything fancy, and I don’t mind simple meals at all. I just want the same order to be somewhat the same each time, and that didn’t happen. Not really worth it for me.

The meals themselves were fine, but the reheating instructions could definitely be clearer. A few times, parts of the food were really hot while other spots were still cold, so I ended up guessing and adding extra time. It almost felt like they assumed people would just figure it out on their own, which was a little frustrating.

I canceled my plan thinking, okay, that should be the end of it, but then I still got charged anyway. Then came the whole refund process, which felt like it dragged on forever. I kept checking and thinking, surely it’ll be sorted by now, but nope. It did eventually get handled, but the wait was frustrating. Not the best experience.

I was expecting a little more given the price, but the food was just okay. Nothing was bad, but for what actually arrived, it felt too expensive and didn’t really meet my expectations.

My order was fine overall, nothing terrible, but I’m personally kind of picky about getting updates after I pay, and there really weren’t many. The site was easy to use and checkout was simple, so that part was totally okay. The food showed up as expected, just a little later than I had in mind. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I’ve been liking afmeals.com so far because there’s a good mix of meals to pick from. Some stuff isn’t really my thing, but most weeks I can usually find something that sounds good, or at least close enough to what I’m in the mood for. I do wish they had a few more veggie options though... just feels like that would round it out a bit.
